I've often come across other blogs where the authors keep a running tally of the books they've read that year. I've always liked this idea but never adopted it as a practice. I figured it was just too hard to try to remember all the books I read in a year in the middle of July.
Well, since it is a new year, I may as well start, right?
Right now I am reading The Well of Ascension, the second book in the Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. This is also the author that is finishing the Wheel of Time books by the late Robert Jordan.
I have a lot of things I want to read this year that I didn't have time to last year, for whatever reason. I really want to read the Octavian Nothing books by M.T. Anderson, Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld, the Hunger Games and Catching Fire ( I know, I can't believe I haven't read them yet either.) and a bunch of other stuff that escapes me at the moment.
